ā pa̱kthāso̍ bhalā̱naso̍ bhana̱ntāli̍nāso viṣā̱ṇina̍ḥ śi̱vāsa̍ḥ |
ā yo 'na̍yat sadha̱mā ārya̍sya ga̱vyā tṛtsu̍bhyo ajagan yu̱dhā nṝn ||
Together came the Pakthas, the Bhalânas, the Alinas, the Ṣivas, the Vishâṇins. Yet to the Tṛitsus came the Ârya's Comrade, through love of spoil and heroes' war, to lead them.
