Oṃ, obeisance to the blessed Rudra, the showerer of nectar, raining nectar in the heart;\nbring, bring peace to the burning of my fever, svāhā! Oṃ hauṃ jūṃ saḥ, guard, guard me, saḥ jūṃ hauṃ oṃ! Oṃ, obeisance to the blessed one! Hail, hail, Sudarśana, tear apart, tear apart the wicked one!\nDestroy, destroy calamity! Crush, crush evil! Bring, bring health! Slay, slay the foe! Ṭhaḥ ṭhaḥ sahasrāra huṃ phaṭ! We know the one whose weapon is ashes; we meditate on the sharp-fanged one; may that Fever impel us!\nOn the northern shore of the ocean is a monkey named Dvivida;\nwhoever, having written [this], looks upon it, destroys quartan fever.
