tato'gniṃ dehamadhyasthaṃ dhyāyan jvālāvalīyutam || 7 ||
Drawing in the vital breath through the iḍā and filling what is in the belly, / then meditating on the fire situated in the middle of the body, accompanied by a row of flames, || 7
