bindunādasamāyuktamagnibījaṃ vicintayet |
paścāvirecayet samyak prāṇaṃ piṅgalayā budhaḥ || 8 ||
the wise one should contemplate the seed-syllable of fire endowed with the drop and the sound; / afterwards, he should properly exhale the vital breath through the piṅgalā. || 8
