makāraṃ tu smaran paścādrecayediḍayānilam |
evameva punaḥ kuryādiḍayāpūrya buddhimān || 9 ||
Then, remembering the syllable 'M', one should exhale the air through the iḍā. / The intelligent person should do this very thing again, inhaling through the iḍā. || 9
