ekapavitreṇa prokṣaṇīḥ saṃskṛtya pātrāṇi prokṣya pretaṃ citāṃ cājyaṃ nirupyādhiśritya paryagnikṛtvodvāsyotpūya tūṣṇīṃ darbhaiḥ pātrāṇi saṃmṛjya tūṣṇīṃ tūṣṇīṃ dārśapūrṇamāsikājyāni gṛhītvā \\5\\

Having prepared the sprinkling water with a single strainer, sprinkled the vessels, the deceased, and the pyre, poured out clarified butter, placed it on the fire, carried fire around it, taken it off, purified it by straining, wiped the vessels silently with darbha grass, and silently taken the clarified butter portions used for the New and Full Moon sacrifices: || 5
