- yady ekasmin kāle vrīhiyavau prakriyeyātām, anyatarasya hṛtvā kṛtaṃ manyeta.

If rice and barley are prepared for one and the same meal, he should, having offered (Balis) of the one or the other (kind of food), consider his duty as fulfilled.
