paśūnāṃ tvā hiṅkāreṇā 'bhijighrāmī 'ty abhijighrya, yathārtham.

With (the formula), 'With the cattle's himkâra I kiss thee' (l.l. 19) he should kiss him. Then he may do what he likes.
