paścāddarbhānāstīrya dakṣiṇataḥ prācīṃ prakarṣeduttarataśca / 9
Having strewn Darbha grass to the west (of the fire), let him draw (some grass) from the south-end and from the north-end (of what he has strewn), in an eastern direction.
