tathā rephaṣakāre tu haṃsapadāṃ prakīrttayet
yā tu rephaṣakārī syātkākinīṃ tāṃ vinirdiśet

and one should pronounce Haṃsapadā when r is followed by ṣ;
that which occurs between r and ṣ, one should designate as Kākinī.
