10.283

māsāṃāṃta mārgaśīru |
to mī mhaṇe śāṛṅgadharu |
ṛtūṃmājīṃ kusumākaru |
vasaṃtu to mī ||

'Among months, I am Mārgaśīrṣa,'
said the wielder of the Śārṅga bow;
'among seasons, I am the maker of flowers,
the spring.'
