16.69

tarī na ghālūni mahāpurīṃ |
na ghepe buḍaṇyācī śiyārī |
kāṃ rogu na gaṇije gharīṃ |
pathyāciyā ||

Indeed, when one does not jump into a great flood,
no fear of drowning is felt;
nor is disease feared in the home
of one who follows a wholesome diet.
