to pahilā ārtu mhaṇije |
dusarā jijñāsu bolije |
tijā arthārthī jāṇijeṃ |
jñāniyā cauthā ||

the first is called the distressed, / the second is called the seeker of knowledge, / the third is known as the seeker of wealth, / and the wise man is the fourth;
