Jñāneśvarī (commentary on the Bhagavadgītā) 7.119

7.119

udārāḥ sarva evaite jñānī tv ātmaiva me matam
āsthitaḥ sa hi yuktātmā mām evānuttamāṃ gatim
mhaṇoni āpulāliyā hitāceni lobheṃ |
maja āvaḍe tohī bhakta jhoṃbe |
parī mīci karī vālabheṃ |
aisā jñāniyā eku ||

Therefore, out of desire for their own benefit,
even that devotee embraces Me, whom he loves;
but the one who makes Me his very beloved—
such a one is the knower alone.
