8.34

jo cetanecā cakṣu |
jo iṃdriyadeśīṃcā adhyakṣu |
jo dehāstamānīṃ vṛkṣu |
saṃkalpavihaṃgamācā ||

who is the eye of consciousness, / the overseer in the realm of the senses, / the tree upon which perched the bird of thought / when the body sets in dissolution;
