gaṃgece udaka gaṃge jaiseṃ |
arpije devapitaroddeśeṃ |
mājheṃ maja detī taiseṃ |
pari ānānīṃ bhāvīṃ ||

Just as the water of the Gaṅgā / is offered to gods and ancestors in the Gaṅgā itself, / they offer what is mine to me, / but with a divided intention.
