6 داستان مرد اشکری ومعشوقه وشاگرد 6 داستان مرد لشکری ومعشوقه وشا گرد وزیر گفت : زندگانی پاذشاه کامکار ، وصاحبقران روزگار ، در جهان گیری وشاهنشاهی هزار سال باذ! چنین آورده اند کی بروز گار سالف ، در حدود کالف ، مردی بوذ لشکری پیشه ، معشوقهٔ‌ی داشت موزون وکرشمه ناک ، لطیف صورت وچالاک ، در حسن چون گل نوبهار ، ودر لطف وظرف اعجوبهآ روز گار :

times, in the regions of Kālif, there was a man of the soldier’s trade. He had a beloved, graceful
and coquettish, delicate in form and agile, in beauty like the rose of early spring, and in
elegance and refinement a wonder of the age:
