214.15

اند ، وسموم افاعی ظلم را بتریاق دواعی انصاف بدارک می کنند ، وتأثیر تیر حدثان ، کی از شست قصد زمان گشاذ می یابذ ، بحنهآ جلال او نا مؤثر می مانذ؛ اطراف ولایت آمن است ، واصناف رعیت ساکن ، وصنوف 5 محن ، وفنون فین آرامیذه ، رعایا در مهد رفاهیت ، وضعفا در سایهٔ‌ عنایت وعاطفت قرار گرفته اند ، وملوک آفاق ، تختهآ مکارم اخلاق ، در جناب منیع ، وفنای رفیع او می خوانند ، واقتباس می کنند :

and they remedy the venoms of the vipers of oppression with the antidote of the motives of equity, and the effect
of the arrow of misfortune, loosed from the thumb-ring of the aim of time, remains ineffective against the shield of his majesty.
The regions of the realm are secure, the classes of subjects are tranquil, and the varieties of
tribulations and kinds of discord are stilled; the subjects are resting in the cradle of prosperity, and the weak under the shadow of care
and benevolence. The kings of the horizons read the tablets of noble qualities at his fortified
court and his lofty portal, and acquire light [from it]:
