381.10

آمذن کنیزک روز ششم بحضرت شاه ومتحلی ! وتا این غایت هر کار کی از عزم ماضی او بامضا رسیذه است ، وهر رای کی از عقل کامل او نفاذ یافته ، رعایت رضای ایزذ سبحانه وتعالی ، وتحری مرضات او در آن مضمون ومرعی بوذه است ، امروز تحریک ساعی وتحریض نتمام طریق سداد وصواب فرو گذاشت ، وحرمت حدود شریعت بسک سوی نهاذ ، وپشت پای بروی تصون وتدین زذ ، وخاک مذلت واهانت در چشم صلاح وصواب افگند ، واختلال وبوهین در قواعد دین وقوانین انصاف راه داذ ، وباغ ریاست ، از گلزار سیاست خالی وعاطل گردانیذ ؛ فردا کی عرض گاه محشر ، وهول وفزع اکبر باشذ ، این اهمال وامهال را حه حت آرذ ، وبکذام معدرت بش روذ؛ وجواب این کلمت کی کلکم راع وکلکم مسئوک عن رعیته چه خواهذ گفت ؛

And until this moment, every affair brought to execution by his decisive resolve,
and every judgment that took effect from his consummate intellect, observed and preserved the pleasure of God, praise be to Him
and exalted is He, and the quest for His good pleasure. Today,
under the incitement of a schemer and the instigation of a slanderer, he has abandoned the path of rectitude and correctness, set aside reverence
for the bounds of the Sharīʿa, spurned self-restraint and piety, thrown the dust
of abasement and contempt into the eyes of righteousness and propriety, admitted disorder and weakness into the foundations
of religion and the laws of equity, and rendered the garden of sovereignty vacant and bare of the rose-garden of punishment.
Tomorrow, when it is the place of display of the resurrection and the great terror and alarm, what proof will he bring for this negligence
and procrastination, and with what excuse will he advance? And what answer will he give to these words:
‘Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock’?
