بشامل عدله فی الارض ترعیمع الاسد السوائم فی المسام ولا تعدو الذئاب علی نعاج ولا تهوی البزاة الی حمام از شرابخانهآ احسان کأس فضل بر دست افاضل بایذ نهاذ ، واز داروخانهٔ‌ عدل سکنگبین محفیف محروران رعیت بایذ داذ ، وچون ملک موروث وخزانهٔ‌ مکتسب حاصل باشذ آن آولیتر کی در بهایت اعمار بترک اسفار گفته شوذ ، ودر ضیافت دولت طفیلیان مملکت را مرحبائی وطال بقائی شنوانیذه آیذ ، کی چون بساط دولت از شاذروان مملکت طی یدیرذ واتام بهار جوانی بخزان پیری مزاج دی گیرذ ومال دستمال وارث وحادث

By his pervasive justice in the earth, the grazing cattle / pasture with the lion at evening;
The wolves do not attack the ewes, / nor do the falcons swoop upon the doves.
From the dispensary of beneficence, the cup of virtue must be placed in the hands of the virtuous; and from the pharmacy
of justice, oxymel should be given to alleviate the hot-tempered among the subjects. And when hereditary kingship
and an acquired treasury are obtained, it is more fitting that in the final stage of life, journeys be abandoned,
and at the banquet of fortune, the parasites of the realm be made to hear 'welcome' and 'may your life be long!';
for when the carpet of fortune is rolled up from the palace dais of the realm, and the days of
the spring of youth take on the character of midwinter through the autumn of old age, and wealth becomes a wiping cloth for heir and accident,
