"Now the picture (image) of Laṅkā-dahan is written. His complexion is fair, he is dressed in a white robe, he is turning a lotus in his hand, his eyes are large, his tresses are long, he is an adept in the Art of Love, his body is soft, he wears jewels on all his limbs, he carries a staff in his other hand, he is contemplating in his heart on the God Siva, he is associated with his friends. A rāga thus visualized should be recognized as Laṅkā-dahan."
