Thus, there must have been structural stone temples of the latter part of the Rāṣṭrakūta period, within the citadel. Outside the citadel, but within the fort, opposite to the western gate, is a Nēminath Besadi (Fig.35, Schedule No.9) of the latter part of the 9th century A.D. Its exterior is not original and had undergone renovations.
