The moon, perfect in his digits, (full) born with Śrī from the midst of Kṣira Samudra (the sea of milk) when churned by the Mandāra mountain whirling with the chief of the serpents used as a rope by Brahmā, Upendra (Viṣṇu), Maheśvara, Indra and Bāli ;—enlightens the three regions with his swollen beams and nectars !
