v3.c19.186
On the right of Jyēṣṭhādēvī is the image of a bull-faced human being with two arms. In the right hand of this image there is a *daṇḍa* (stick), and a rope is held in the left hand. In the *Pūrva-kāraṇāgama* this being is declared to be the half-bovine son of the Dēvī. The right leg of this figure is hanging down, while the left one is made to rest upon the seat. The colour of the body is white, the *Suprabhēdāgama* saying that it is blood red. This image is decked with all ornaments; on its head is a *kirīṭa*, and it is clothed in silk garments.
