NOTES.—*Vinayāditya*. The long Vizagapatam C.-P. grant does not distinctly say that he ‘reigned,’ but merely that he ‘protected the earth’ for three years. He may, therefore, have been only a Viceroy (*I. A.* 1889, 171).
