The Rājatarangiṇī refers to ambulance corps arrangements made for the soldiers in the Kashmir armies. (28) It is very likely that similar arrangements must have been made by the Rāṣṭrakūṭas, though so far no evidence is forthcoming to prove their actual existence. The same observation will probably be true about the Sappers and Miners corps.
