The 13th rock edict, to be found at Shahbazgarhi in the North-Western Frontier Provinces and Mansehra, Girnar near Junagadh in Kathiawad and Kalsi near Dehra Dun, is not to be found at Dhauli in the Puri district of Orissa and Jaugada in the Ganjam district of Madras. The 12th edict, which does not contain much historical information, is also omitted from these two series, and in The image provided is blank. There is no text to transcribe.
