Tailapa married Jâkabbâ, the daughter of the last Râshṭrakûṭa king, and had by her two sons, whose names were Satyâśraya and Daśavarman ¹³ The former succeeded him in 919 Śaka or A D 997 Nothing particular is mentioned of him in any of the inscriptions The Khârepâṭaṇ grant, which we have so often referred to, was issued in his reign in Śaka 930 by a dependent chief of the Śilâhâra family which ruled over southern Konkan ¹⁴
