¹⁸ *Loc. cit.* Dramila is another form of Draviḍa. There is some mistake here in the original. The letters are चेचद्रमिलाधिपति Dr. Fleet takes चे as one word and चद्रमिलाधिपति as another, but चे cannot be construed and Chandramila is unknown. The first word must be चेद्, a mistake for some such word as नंच "down," "below," and the second *Dramilâdhipatim.*
