This is a Tamil inscription dated in the tenth year of *Tellarrerinda-Nandipottarayar*, (i.e.) Nandipottarayar the victor at Tellar, engraved in the entrance of Grithasthaneśvara temple at Tillasthanam. The object of the inscription is to register a gift of gold for a perpetual lamp.
