v1.c19.s3.t2.4
We hear very little of the Pañchālas alone apart from the Kurus. Their kings Kraivya and Śoṇa Sātrāsāha are spoken of as having performed the Aśvamedha, and another king Durmukha is said to have conquered the whole earth. One of their kings Prayāhaṇa Jaivali appears as a philosopher king in the Upanishads.
