¹⁹ Elliot has not correctly translated this passage, III, p. 244. Barani's text is صد لک i.e., a hundred lakhs of tankahs. Nizam-al-Din, Badaoni, and Firishta have followed Barani. One crore seems to be too high a figure for the fief of Bidar, Calcutta Text, p. 481.
