(2) *Jhansi stone-inscription.*—Kielhorn noticed this inscription from a rubbing supplied by Burgess. It is dated, in line 19, (*V.*) *Saṁvat* 1318 (A.D. 1262), and belongs to the reign of Candella Vīravarman (?).²
