(iv) There is an admixture of people of different races ('men and women of all the dwipas'—para 41) in this region, and on the whole they are powerful people and are mostly nomands (para 45), since they occupy a certain area for some time and disappear like 'bubbles of water,' in other words, migrate to other lands (para 49).
