Ratanpur.—It is in the Central Provinces, 16 miles north of Bilaspur in the Bilaspur district, where an Inscription of Pṛthvīdeva II on a black stone was discovered within the fort at Ratanpur (E.I., I, 45; cf. E.I., XXVI, Pt. VI, April, 1942, pp. 256ff.).
