Ṭihari.—It is modern Tehri, about five miles to the east of the river Jāminī, a little below the line connecting Chattarpur with Lalitpur and about 30 miles to the north of Suraī, all within Bundelkhand (J.B.B.R.A.S., Vol. 23, 1947, p. 47).
