Jiṛṇadurga.—It is not to be identified with modern Junāgaḍh, but it may be identified with one of the forts. The fort within the city on the outskirts of the Damodar Ghat and on the rising slope of Girnar was known as the Jiṛṇadurga (E.I., XXIV, Pt. V, p. 221).
