Vy *a*—वत्साः किसल्वाः कुल्यश्च, *b*—वत्साः किसद्याः कुल्यश्च, *c d e*—वत्साः किसण्णाः कुल्यश्च, *c* (v.l.) *e* (v.l.)—वत्साः किसष्टाः कुल्यश्च, *e* (v.l.) वत्साः किसज्याः कुल्यश्च; Bmd—वत्साः कुसट्टा कुल्यश्च; Mk—मत्स्याश्वकूटाः कुल्यश्च ; Mts—मत्स्याः किराताः कुल्यश्च । The first name is either Matsya (Jaipur-Alwar region) or Vatsa (Allahabad region). The Kulyas were probably the people of the present Kulait region on the upper Rāvi.
