6. *Mk, Vy ac, Bmd, Mts, Vmn*—वाह्लीका वाटधानाश्च, *Vy b*—वाह्लीका वाठवानाश्च, *de* (v.l.)—वाह्लीका वाटधानाश्च. Valhīka=modern Balkh region in the northern part of Afghanistan. The Vāṭadhānas lived in the Punjab-Rajasthan region and had a settlement at Madhyamikā near Chitor (Mah, II, 29,7). See Motichandra, *Geog. Ec. Stud.*, pp. 27-28, 31-32.
