कृष्णा वेण्या सवञ्जुला. The Kṛṣṇā is still known by its ancient name and flows from the Western Ghats through the Deccan into the Bay of Bengal. The Veṇvā is the modern Veṇā which is a tributary of the Kṛṣṇā, the combined stream of the two rivers being often mentioned as Kṛṣṇaveṇā or Kṛṣṇaveṇī. The Vañjulā is no other than the modern Mañjirā which is a southern tributary of the Godāvarī.
