(vi) Restoration is required in the dual forms of the nouns of relationship, viz. pitaróḥ (pitṛróḥ) for pitróḥ of the text, and so mātaróḥ and svasaróḥ: but mātróḥ is found vii 3 9c. In v 11 3a the Taitt. Br. reads mātróḥ (A. Ludwig, Rigveda, iv 335, vi 247).
