In the case of the adverbs of this group, as in those of time, the case-affixes are used, as H. कहां से “from where?” “whence?” G. आहां थी “hence,” P. कित्यों “whence?” But this practice is only in force to imply motion from a place. To express motion towards a place a separate set is used.
