¹ In the *Sabhyālaṃkaraṇa* of Govindaji (Bhandarkar *Rep.* 1887-91 p. lxiii) we have selections from the poems of Bhānukara and Bhānu-paṇḍita, by which obviously a distinction, such as that apparently made by the compiler of the *Paddhati*, is meant between the two poets.
