† It runs *ugraṃ víraṃ mahávishṇuṃ jvalantaṃ sarvatomukham* | *nṛisiṅhaṃ bhíshaṇaṃ bhadraṃ mṛityumṛityuṃ namámy aham*, || “I worship the terrible, powerful, mighty Vishṇu, the flaming, the omnipresent; Nṛisiṅha, the dread, the holy one, the death of death.”
