It is divided into four classes : made from yarn (suttamai), made from strings (rajjumai), made from bark-strips (vāgamai), made from sticks (daṇḍamai) and made from bamboo-sticks (kaḍagamai). These curtains were five hands in length and three in width.¹⁰⁴
