36-38. Āśv., Āp. and Sat. agree, but they say that the Parāśaras ( among Vasiṣṭhas ) have the प्रवर stated in 38, while Āp. and Sat. further state that according to some Vāsiṣṭhas have three प्रवरs viz. वासिष्ठैन्द्र-प्रमदाभरद्वसू (No. 39). Āśv. and Āp. state that Kuṇḍinas have the same प्रवर as No. 37. Āśv. says that the प्रवर of उपमन्यु is वासिष्ठभरद्वस्विव्द्रप्रमद.
