¹³⁴⁴ स्वर्गंतस्य ह्यपुत्रस्य भ्रातृगामि द्रव्यं तदभावे पितरौ हरेयातां ज्येष्ठा वा पत्नी। शङ्ख (q. by मिता. on या. II. 135 and अपरार्क p. 741). दायभाग XI. 1, 15 p. 154 ascribes this text to शङ्खलिखित, पैठीनसि and यम and adds सगोत्रशिष्यसब्रह्म-चारिणः after पत्नी. अपरार्क also ascribes it (p. 744) to शङ्खलिखित and पैठीनसि. The Mit. explains that it applies to re-united brothers.
