महाक्षपटलिक—Vide 'akṣapaṭalika' above. The word occurs in Gupta Ins. No. 39 at p. 120 (in 766 A. D.), in the Bhagalpur plate (I. A. 15 pp. 304, 316), Benares plate of Karṇadeva (A. D. 1042) in E. I. vol. II p. 309, in Lakṣmaṇasena's grant (E. I. XII p. 91), E. I. X at p. 100 (Vikrama year 1253). In the Madhuban plate of Harṣa (E. I. VII p. 155 at p. 158) we have 'mahākṣapaṭalādhikaraṇādhikṛta'.
