हस्त्यश्वोष्ट्रबलव्यापृतक—Officers in charge of the elephant arm, cavalry, camel corps of an army. This occurs in Chamba Ins. No. 15 at p. 166. In the Nālandā plate of Devapāla (E. I. XVII at p. 321) we have 'hastyaśvoṣṭra-nau-bala-vyāpṛtaka'.
