v7.c89.154

It is difficult to say why this śānti was called Ugraratha. Another śānti on the completion of 70 years or on the 7th night of the 7th month of the 77th year is called Bhaimarathī-śānti, according to the Śabdakalpadruma, which quotes some verses from *Vaidyaka* without stating what work is meant.1223a Baud. gṛhyaśeṣasūtra I. 24 prescribes a śānti for one who has lived up to 100 years or one who has seen 1000 amāvāsyās.
